We know that your car is a valuable asset and should be treated with the utmost care. We pride ourselves in providing the best products for your car as well as our equipment. We would like to say you’ll get a perfect wash every time, but because of Murphy’s Law and the complexity and number of moving parts required to operate our equipment, sometimes things might just go wrong. If you are left with a “dirty car”, please see one of our attendants immediately (7 days a week, 10am-5pm) and we’ll make sure you leave with a smile on your face and a squeaky clean car. We must put a $10 hold on your credit or debit cards until midnight, at which time your card will only be charged what you actually spent at our car wash. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but we must do this to prevent fraud. We value your business and thank you for understanding.
